I work with teens and adults who struggle with body image and disordered eating. I specialize in binge eating, emotional eating and putting an end to dieting cycles.
I provide counseling services to residents of Pennsylvania and coaching services to people nationally and internationally.
+ Who is coaching for?
Coaching is for anyone looking to make positive changes in their life. I offer coaching serviecs to help women create and sustain a positive relationship with food, their body and their mind.
There are no geographic limitations! We'll meet online through a secure platform and will keep in touch throughout the week by email.
+ How long will we meet?
Weekly 45-50 minute coaching sessions with me through a secure video conferencing platform, homework, and access to me by email during business hours throughout the week.
Weekly 50 minute group calls, a secret Facebook group and access to me by email during business hours throughout the week.
+ What are your fees?
Initial phone consult (15 min)- Free
12 week coaching package- $1,300
8 Week Coaching package- $925
Per session cost- $125

+ When is payment due?
The fee for your session will be collected at, or before, the time of service.
+ What type of payment do you accept?
I accept cash, check, debit, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express
+ Do you accept insurance?
Coaching is not a reimbursed by insurance companies.
I currently accept Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO plans for counseling sessions.
I am an out-of-network provider for all other insurances. If you have mental health insurance benefits you may be eligible to submit a claim for reimbursement of out-of-network services. While insurances may reimburse for in person therapy sessions, please note that online sessions will likely not be eligible for reimbursement.
Payment in full is due at time of service and upon your request I will provide you with a statement, referred to as a superbill, for you to submit for reimbursement to your insurance provider.
I suggest that you contact your insurance company to ask questions about out of network coverage for your specific insurance plan.

Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?
Are services rendered by a licensed clinical social worker covered?
Is any pre-approval required before obtaining out-of-network mental health services in order to be reimbursed?
