{FREE} Food & Body Concerns Checklist

Is your daughter struggling with her relationship to food and her body?

You've noticed that something just isn't right.

Your once happy-go-lucky daughter seems disengaged. Pre-occupied. Even fixated at times...

On what she can or can't eat.

On how her body does or doesn't look.

The teen years can be SO tough. For your daughter AND for you!

You have so many questions...

  • Do you address your concerns?

  • Will she get over it with time?

  • Does she really have a problem?

  • How can I possibly help her love her body?

  • Could this be the beginning of an eating disorder?

  • Is this a full-fledged eating disorder?

There's a vast spectrum of disordered eating behaviors. Research shows that body dissatisfaction and early dieting are risk factors for developing an eating disorder.

I created a checklist for you and/or your daughter to check out to evaluate her relationship to, and her behaviors around, food and her body.

My hope is that this checklist clues you into red flags and provides an opportunity for discussion, or a prompt to seek out help for your daughter if she is struggling.

Questions? Concerns? Shoot me an email or call 267-225-1715. I'm happy to support you and your family in any way that I can.
