Welcome to the Dieter's rebellion support Group

This is a 12 week group for women who are sick of the on again, off again dieting cycle. This group addresses the binge-restrict diet cycle, intense periods of emotional eating and how to move from a place of body-shame to body-love.

You want to be freed from food-obsession, are sick of jumping on the bandwagon of the next fad-diet and you're dying to learn how to stop feeling so damn out of control around food

Week by week we'll dismantle the dieting mentality, how you view your body, and how to start living a life that is attuned to what your mind and body needs to live a healthy, wholehearted life. You'll learn the tools to throw out dieting for good, how to love your body in the here and now and how to stop episodes of intense overeating in their tracks.

  • The roots of the diet-binge cycle
  • How to eat intuitively; according to what your body is asking for
  • To let go of judgements about food choices
  • How to identify fullness
  • Ways to give yourself permission to enjoy food again

  • How to honor your body with movement

we'll meet every week for 60 minutes

And, group members will be a part of a private, secret Facebook group to support one another each and every step of the way.

You'll be challenged, heard and most importantly, supported as you identify and overcome barriers to achieve genuine self-love and freedom from our diet-obsessed culture.

Tuesdays at 7:30.

+ How long do sessions last?

Group sessions will last approximately 60 minutes.

+ How many people will be in group?

This group is capped at 8 participants.

+ Will sessions be confidential?

Absolutely. All members of group will sign a contract agreeing to uphold confidentiality at all times.

+ How much does it cost?

Paid in full: $500 ($100 dollar discount)

Paid Monthly: $200 per month

+ When is payment due?

If you choose to pay in full, I will send you an invoice for you to pay ASAP to reserve your spot.

If you choose to pay monthly, you will be billed the above rate the first session of each month. The first month's payment will be due ASAP to be sure that your spot is reserved.

I provide psychotherapy and coaching for individuals. If you feel you are in need of additional, individualized support, we can supplement your group sessions with individual sessions.
