Hi, I'm Sarah!

I'm a Body Image & Eating Disorder therapist and coach in Horsham, PA

I want you to know that I get it.
Because I've been there.
And I know firsthand that the isolation, the anxiety spirals and the OMG-will-I-ever-feel-normal-around-food thoughts and feelings are SO real.

97% of women report having negative body thoughts each and every day.

75% of women admit to engaging in disordered eating patterns.

What does this tell us?

I know that you know...

We're up against a lot.

Unrelenting pressure to appear and behave a certain way. The idea that we should have it all, and DO it all. Society's spoken and unspoken rules that steer our self-beliefs in ways that keep us small and contained. Internalized shame and trauma from a culture invested in believe that we aren't enough.

It's no wonder you're feeling so stressed, overwhelmed and alone.

You're tired of the sleepless nights and wondering how in the world you got to this point.

You’re ready to start feeling like yourself again. But, it's been so long you're not sure if you'll recognize when it happens.

You're fed up with picking your body apart and hopping on the bandwagon of the next best diet.

You wonder when you'll finally feel like you're enough. Like you're worthy. Like you can love yourself.

You dream of a day when stop feeling so Powerless around food. When you can finally be in charge.

LET ME TELL YOU A LITTLE BIT ABOUT MY STORY

I've battleD with body image and have a history of being caught in the tight grip of an eating disorder and obsession with exercise.

I SPENT YEARS BUYING INTO WHAT MY INNER CRITIC told me. TO THE POINT WHERE SHE RULED HOW I OPERATED (OR DIDN'T OPERATE) IN THE WORLD.

I know what it’s like to relentlessly grind to achieve external expectations at the price of losing myself in the process.

i've been through the painful process of grieving the loss of disordered eating and the Behaviors that had seemingly Kept me safe.

And to put it bluntly...

It all seriously sucked.

I want you to know that I’ve done the work and I've healed my wounds.

Now, I’m ready to help you do the same.

I'm driven to help women get out of their heads, stand in the power and truth of who they are, and start living the life they’ve dreamed of.

on their own terms

I know that you believe things can change... You wouldn't be here if you didn't.

You can rediscover and learn to accept and respect the true you; the beautiful badass who is dying to be seen.

And, with a little guidance and support, you can heal the wounds from your past, stop allowing anxiety to rule your days, and learn to accept, respect and love the body that you're in.

It's time to take action.

To believe in yourself.

To prioritize yourself.

To invest in yourself.
