Position Overview: Trauma & Eating Disorder Therapist will provide outpatient individual and group therapy to clients of Reclaim Therapy LLC. Clinical therapy services include treatment of adolescents, adults, and families.

We are currently looking for trauma therapists who works with teens and adults struggling with PTSD, CPTSD, body image and eating disorders, who are anti-racist, social justice minded, and ready to be a part of a dynamic, fun, and collaborative team. Qualifications and Skills:

  • Align with Reclaim Therapy LLC mission, vision, and values.

  • Experience working with eating disorders, or willingness to be trained in treating eating disorders and body image concerns through a HAES, fat-positive lens.

  • Experience working with trauma and complex trauma.

  • Must be punctual in reporting to work.

  • Master’s Degree or Doctoral Degree in counseling or social work; and

  • Active, unrestricted license (PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT or LPC) in the State of Pennsylvania (must be fully licensed). A copy must be provided to Reclaim Therapy LLC.

  • Pre-licensed applicants will considered. We’re just looking for the right fit!

  • Be organized and detail oriented.

  • Be a team player.

  • Be able to work independently on tasks assigned.

  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.

  • Availability to hold at least 10 client sessions per week, provided such sessions are available and referred/scheduled by Reclaim Therapy LLC. (There is room for growth! This position can grow into full-time depending on your availability.)

  • Have at least one niche market for counseling services (i.e. trauma, eating disorders, body image, anxiety, grief, etc.).

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Salary: $70.00 - $80.00 per hour, depending on licensure and experience.
