I've battleD with body image and have a history of being caught in the tight grip of an eating disorder and obsession with exercise.
I SPENT YEARS BUYING INTO WHAT MY INNER CRITIC told me. TO THE POINT WHERE SHE RULED HOW I OPERATED (OR DIDN'T OPERATE) IN THE WORLD.
I know what it’s like to relentlessly grind to achieve external expectations at the price of losing myself in the process.
i've been through the painful process of grieving the loss of disordered eating and the Behaviors that had seemingly Kept me safe.
And to put it bluntly...
It all seriously sucked.
I want you to know that I’ve done the work and I've healed my wounds.
Now, I’m ready to help you do the same.
I'm driven to help women get out of their heads, stand in the power and truth of who they are, and start living the life they’ve dreamed of.
