Therapy for the ones who...

  • can explain it all and still feel stuck
  • are tired of fighting with food

None of this means you're broken. These are survival strategies, and they worked. They just don't have to run your life anymore.

What we specialize in

Every clinician on our team works with these three areas, including the ways they overlap.

Complex trauma

You didn't have one terrible thing happen. You had years of walking on eggshells, being the easy kid, or basically raising yourself. Now you're high-functioning on the outside and running on survival mode underneath.

PTSD

Something happened, and your body hasn't let go of it. Certain sounds, places, or moments send you right back, and you're on alert even when you know you're safe.

Disordered eating

Food takes up more space in your mind than you want it to, and you know it's about more than food. We're weight-inclusive, and we treat eating struggles as the survival strategies they often are.

We also work with childhood emotional neglect, attachment wounds, betrayal trauma, grief, and birth trauma.

Why talking about it hasn't been enough

If you've spent years trying to think your way out of this, it makes sense that you're tired. Insight matters, and it's often where healing starts. But survival patterns live in your nervous system, which is why understanding them doesn't make them stop.

EMDR therapy

EMDR helps your brain and body process painful memories so they feel less charged in the present.

Somatic therapy

Somatic work focuses on what's happening in your body, like tension, shutdown, or feeling on edge, and helps your nervous system find more safety over time.

We move at a pace that feels right for you. Slow is often what makes lasting change possible.

Cost and insurance

Reclaim Therapy is out of network with insurance companies, which means we don't bill insurance directly. You pay for your session at the time of your appointment, and we give you what you need to use your out-of-network benefits.

If your plan has out-of-network mental health benefits, you may be reimbursed for a portion of each session, often 60 to 80 percent depending on your plan. Just ask, and we'll send you a superbill, which is a statement you submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Being out of network lets our therapists focus on specialized care without an insurance company deciding how many sessions you get or what your treatment should look like.

Questions to ask your insurance company
  • Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?
  • Are services from a licensed clinical social worker, licensed professional counselor, or pre-licensed therapist under supervision covered?
  • Do I need pre-approval before starting out-of-network mental health services?
  • Will I be reimbursed the full amount I paid, or a portion?
  • Do I have a deductible, and if so, what is it?
  • Free 15-minute consultationNo cost and no commitment.
  • $165 to $175 per sessionSessions are 50 minutes, and rates vary by clinician.
  • Superbills providedFor out-of-network reimbursement from your insurance.

A few common questions

What if I don't know what to say?

That's completely okay. Most people don't. Your consult is a relaxed conversation, and we'll guide it.

Do I need a diagnosis to start therapy?

No. You don't need a diagnosis or a label, and you don't need to prove anything was bad enough.

I've tried therapy before and it didn't help. Why would this be different?

We hear this a lot, and it makes sense to be skeptical. Many of our clients had helpful talk therapy that still didn't reach what their body was holding. Our work includes EMDR and somatic approaches that go beyond insight.

Do you take insurance?

We're out of network, so we don't bill insurance directly, but we'll provide a superbill so you can seek reimbursement through your out-of-network benefits. You'll find the details in the cost and insurance section above, or on our Fees and FAQ page.

Where are you located?

Our office is at 400 Horsham Road, Suite 100, in Horsham, PA. We see clients from Montgomery County, Bucks County, and Philadelphia in person, and anyone in Pennsylvania through telehealth.

Heal deeply. Live fully.

You don't have to keep holding it all together by yourself. Your body was never something you had to fix to be worthy of care, respect, or a full life. When you're ready, we're here.
