The Mosaic of Self
A collage workshop run by Reclaim Therapy
Free Art & Parts Workshop
Tuesday, September 23, 6:30–8:00 PM Location: Reclaim Therapy, Horsham, PA
A creative evening to explore and honor all parts of you.
You know how you can be confident in one situation and completely different in another? How you have that part of you that takes care of everyone else and another part that just wants to hide?
We all carry different parts of ourselves, and sometimes they feel like they're at war with each other.
This workshop uses collage as a way to meet some of those different parts, give them some attention, and see how they actually work together to make you who you are.
It's not about fixing anything or getting rid of anything.
It's about getting curious about the whole messy, beautiful complexity of being human.
No art experience needed.
No pressure to share or create anything Instagram-worthy.
Just space to slow down and see what emerges.
"Wholeness is not achieved by cutting off a portion of one's being, but by integration of the contraries." - Carl Jung

Journal about what you notice and what surprises you
Share in a circle of folks who get it (only if you want to)

Meet Laura Gordon, your workshop facilitator.
Laura Gordon is a trauma-informed therapist with specialized training in TIST (Trauma-Informed Stabilization Treatment), a parts-work approach that helps people understand and work gently with the different aspects of themselves. She brings this framework to The Mosaic of Self, guiding participants to meet their inner parts with curiosity rather than criticism.
With a background spanning counseling, divinity, higher education, and music, Laura has a knack for weaving creativity into healing work. She's not interested in quick fixes or surface-level solutions. Instead, she believes that real healing happens when every part of you gets acknowledged and has a seat at the table.
Laura creates spaces where women can explore, lean into creativity, and connect with others without having to perform or pretend they have it all figured out.
Because honestly, who does?
