Trauma and Eating Disorder Consultation and Supervision

I provide supervision and consultation to pre-licensed and fully licensed therapists.

I consult with folks who are deep in the work of complex trauma and eating disorders. I specialize in helping clinicians build real competency here, not just surface-level familiarity, but the kind of grounded understanding that changes how you sit with a client who has been both trauma and/or disordered eating and shame for a long time.

I truly love working with therapists who want to get better at conceptualizing and treating trauma, who are hungry for actual eating disorder training, and who are also figuring out who they are in the therapy room. That last part matters to me as much as the clinical stuff.

My approach is trauma-informed, fat-positive, and weight-inclusive, grounded in HAES and Intuitive Eating, and guided by values that are justice-oriented and spiritually inclusive. I bring my full self to this work and hope to create space for you to do the same.
